I love Sunday mornings. And there's just something about them that seems to be even better when there is a big Sunday brunch with friends and mimosas or bloody marys!
Since moving to CT, the quantity of restaurant brunch choices has drastically diminished. But I am happy to report that quality has not! One of my favorite little spots is a breakfast/lunch place called When Pigs Fly in Waterford. It's everything you want it to be in a breakfast place. Great atmosphere, help yourself coffee bar and pictures of flying pigs everywhere. And they don't scrimp on the tasty food either :)
